"Conversion" is specifically designed for any type of Sports Club.

Other extensions include Marquees, Portaloos, Portacabins, Legal Costs & Expenses and Liability cover for firework displays.

Buildings

This section provides extremely wide cover enabling the reinstatement of the Club buildings as new. The Free Valuation saves the Club professional valuation fees and provides peace of mind that sums insured are correct.

In addition to the usual range of perils covered, this Section includes:

Falling trees (excluding lopping & felling)
Leakage of Beer from containers
Theft or attempted theft whether or not involving violent and forcible entry
Loss of Keys (up to £500)
Loss of Metered water (up to £500).

Contents

In addition to the wide cover mentioned above, this Section includes:

Seasonal increase of Bar Stocks by 25% (1st December to 11th January)
Tractors, Rollers, Mowers and Scrummaging machines in the open
Theft or attempted theft whether or not involving violent and forcible entry
Leakage of Beer from containers.

Loss of Revenue

This Section provides the same wide cover that the above Sections provide for Loss of Revenue and Increased Costs of Working. Cover includes:

Prevention of Access
Loss of Utilities
Infectious disease, vermin, food poisoning & defective drains.

Employers' Liability

Cover is provided for all employees whether voluntary or not.

Public Liability

Cover is provided to protect the Club's legal liability at law for injury or damage to third parties and their property, including:

Cross Liabilities
Member to Member liability on and off the field of play
Motor Contingent Liability
Car Park Indemnity
Hiring Club Premises out to Third Parties
Other sports carried out at the club
Bonfire & Firework Displays (Cover available on request)
Optional extensions for other fund raising activities.

Money

Cover includes the usual protection for transits, on premises whilst open and closed, any other loss and in the private house of a club official. There are standard limits available but the level of cover can be tailored to each club's requirements provided the security is adequate.

Glass

Cover is provided on external & internal glass at a standard limit but this can be tailored to each club's requirement.

All Risks

This Section not only provides All Risks cover for Cups & Trophies and goal posts to standard limits but, can be increased to meet the requirements of the club. The options include Floodlights, Sightscreens, Scoreboards, Gaming Machines, Coin Boxes, Tills, Audio visual equipment and other specific equipment that clubs may own or hire.

Property in Transit

Cover is provided at a standard limit but it can be increased to suit the club's requirements.

Freezer Contents

Cover is provided at a standard limit but it can be increased to suit the club's requirements.

Loss of Licence

Cover is provided at a standard limit but it can be increased to suit the club's requirements.

There is also a free Buildings Valuation Service and an Interest free 12 month instalment facility
