Claims
Notification
For any circumstance
that gives rise to a claim or has potential to give
rise to a claim, a claim form should be downloaded from
the relevant section, completed and returned together
with supporting documentation, as detailed, by either
post, e-mail or fax, to Brian Clarke, Claims
Director or Claire Jones, Claims Manager at the

Our Claims
Team are committed to providing you with every assistance
in the unfortunate event of your having to make a claim
or a claim being made against you or your Company and
to ensuring that your claim is dealt with promptly and
efficiently.
The following
information is to assist you at the initial stage of
your claim notification via the 3 basic procedures detailed
below:

Identify
your Insurer and your policy number.
If you are uncertain who your Insurers are, please
contact the Claims Department or your usual Account
Executive on 01268 284361 or on their direct
dial number above. |

Select
and download the appropriate Claim Form/Accident
Report Form, if applicable. |
| 3. |
Complete
and forward the Form to Tysers, UK Division via e-mail,
post or fax. |
Always
remember that it is a condition of your policy that
you give immediate notice of any circumstance, which
may result in having to make a claim or a claim being
made against you.
We would
explain that with regard to certain categories of Insurance,
some Insurers do not require the completion of a Claim
Form/Accident Report Form. Therefore if no form is available
for access on our Website, simply submit your claim
notification to us in accordance with the procedures
set out in the relevant sections.
Loss
Adjusters
In the event
of a major loss or damage claim, your Insurers will
appoint Loss Adjusters to investigate. We will notify
you of the Adjusters identity and will ensure that they
contact you without delay.
